Care instructions
- Washing: We recommend washing at 30–40 °C on a delicate cycle.
Dry cleaning: Do not dry clean.
- Drying: Do not tumble dry or dry items in direct sunlight – this will help prevent color fading.
- Bleaching: Do not use bleach, especially on areas with prints or appliqués.
- Additional tip: Turn garments inside out before washing to preserve color vibrancy and print quality.
Shipping and payment
We deliver throughout Ukraine by Nova Poshta – to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier to your door. Shipments are dispatched within 5 business days, delivery takes 1–3 days depending on the region.
Free delivery applies to orders of three items or more; in other cases, Nova Poshta rates apply. Payment: cash on delivery (advance payment of UAH 200) or online to the individual entrepreneur's account.
Exchanges and returns
You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of receipt if it has not been used, and its marketable condition, packaging, and receipt have been preserved. Exchange is possible for another item of similar value or with an additional payment/refund of the difference.
Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days to the account from which the payment was made.
Shipping costs for exchange or return are paid by the buyer.
