Exchanges and returns

We strive to ensure that every purchase brings you satisfaction. If the item does not suit you, you can exchange or return it in accordance with current legislation.

Product Exchange

You can exchange an item within 14 days of receipt at the post office if:

- It has not been used and shows no signs of wear, washing, or damage.

- Its marketable condition, original packaging, and all components are preserved.

- You have a receipt or other document confirming the purchase.
 

Exchange is possible for an item of similar value or with an additional payment/refund of the price difference.

Product Return

If you wish to return an item, this is possible within 14 days of receipt at the post office, provided that it meets the return criteria (listed above).

After receiving and checking the item, funds will be returned to your bank account from which the payment was made within 10 business days.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within up to 10 banking days and will be credited to the account from which you made the payment on the website.

Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs for exchange or return are paid by the buyer.

- If delivery was paid by us, its amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
